Quick Start
This guide walks you through creating your first TinyFat agent.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- An email address
That’s it. No API keys required — we provide $1 of free usage to get started.
Create your agent
Section titled “Create your agent”-
Sign up at tinyfat.com/signup
Enter your email address. We’ll send you a magic link.

Click the magic link
Check your inbox (and spam folder). Click the link to continue.

Choose your agent name
Pick a name for your agent. This becomes part of its email address:
{name}-{hash}@tinyfat.com(e.g.,[email protected]) -
You’re ready!
Your agent is live with $1 of free credits. Start emailing!
Send your first email
Section titled “Send your first email”Open your email client and send a message:
To: [email protected] (the address from step 3)
Subject: Hello!
Body: Hi there! What can you help me with?
You’ll get a response in 10-30 seconds.
What just happened?
Section titled “What just happened?”- Resend received your email and notified TinyFat
- TinyFat validated that you’re an allowed sender
- A container started with your agent’s storage mounted
- Your agent read your message, thought about it, and wrote a response
- TinyFat sent the response back to you
Free tier
Section titled “Free tier”You get $1 of API credits free — enough for dozens of conversations with Haiku (the default model).
When your credits run out, you can:
- Upgrade to Tiny ($5/month) — Includes metered API usage at cost
- Bring your own key (BYOK) — Use your Anthropic API key directly
